Bills TE Scott Chandler celebrates a touchdown

The Bills won for only the third time in eight games, but five consecutive scoring drives led by quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick allowed the Bills to keep their slight playoff hopes alive. Fitzpatrick threw two touchdowns and scored on a one-yard run. The Panthers defense could hardly stop him as he only threw 17 times for 112 yards.

Buffalo was all about the run game, led by Fred Jackson with 101 rushing yards. C.J. Spiller had 77 yards, including a 44-yard touchdown run.

The Bills Mario Williams-led defense racked up two turnovers and four sacks.

Buffalo is now 5-7 and faces the Rams next Sunday.
